For Kathryn Morrison, 38Alpha’s Founder, it’s pretty simple — service is her passion! She focuses on being of service to executives and organizations so they can keep focus on their priorities and goals.
She possesses a diverse and unique work background. For over 10 years, she has dedicated her career to keeping executives and business owners well-organized and focused on achieving their goals. She has established a streamlined and intuitive approach to delivering services. Her approach rests on empathy, efficiency, and astute problem solving.
She is hyper-creative and a design enthusiast who incorporates these traits into her presentations, problem solving, and all services she provides. She takes pride in representing organizations and executive-level management successfully, professionally, and with enthusiasm.
She is a proud Army veteran and served 10 years as a Nuclear Biochemical Specialist and Paralegal. The Army and her father, who has been a hard-working business owner all his life, have taught her to persevere through some of the hardest challenges, while staying true to core values. She says that at the end of the day her passion is people and ensuring the mission is accomplished.
